Individual therapy for adult women healing from developmental and relational trauma. I offer in-person sessions at my Northern Virginia office and online sessions in Virginia and Colorado. Together, we can explore relationship patterns, self-worth, and boundaries, with support for grief and ongoing recovery.
My style is compassionate and direct. We’ll work together to understand the patterns that bring you to therapy and practice ways to strengthen self-trust, express your needs, and build healthier relationships.
Support for integrating 12-step recovery into daily life, including exploring how relationship patterns, boundaries, and self-worth affect your recovery.

Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives offer focused time and space for adults who want to explore developmental and relational wounds in greater depth.
Grounded in core issues work, mindfulness, body-based approaches, and attachment-focused therapy, intensives combine education, experiential exercises, and guided processing. Together, we explore patterns affecting your self-worth, boundaries, emotional balance, and connection with others.
This concentrated format allows more time to explore meaningful themes and practice new ways of responding, with space to pause, reflect, and move at a pace that respects your needs.
